Email doorstepreminders@gmail.com and include your phone model. We usually reply within two business days.

A reminder arrived late, or not at all

Open Doorstep, go to Settings → Reliability check and tap Fix on anything marked in red. Notifications, exact alarms (Android), location set to "Always" and battery settings are the usual causes.

Leave and arrive reminders don't fire

They need location set to Always for Doorstep. Your phone notices a departure shortly after you leave, usually within a few minutes, never at the door itself. Your timed reminder always arrives as a backup.

Cancel or manage Doorstep Pro

In Doorstep, go to Settings → Doorstep Pro → Manage or cancel subscription. You can also cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. If Pro ends, every reminder you already have keeps working.

Pro after a new phone or reinstall

Sign in to the same Apple or Google account, then tap Restore purchases in Settings → Doorstep Pro.

Your data

Doorstep has no account and sends nothing to us, so there is nothing for us to delete. Deleting the app deletes all of its data. See the privacy policy.
